During World War 2 and after, there were a number of ruthless executions in which women were taken to the execution pole and not a gallows. Inside of Czechoslovakia and Hungary they used pole hanging as an execution method, and some women were executed for their crimes in collaborating with the German enemy during the war. But there was one case of a woman being executed in this way for her resistance to the Axis forces. This is the story of three women who had different stories during World War 2, but very similar shocking executions.
