This dish is cooked with veal meat and onions, and dried plum kernels and tomato paste are used to flavor it; Gheeme Plou is one of the famous dishes of Iran and it is served with Plou. To prepare "te dig", pour local lavash and some oil in a pot and pour rice on it; We put the prepared food in special containers and send it to the village to distribute among the residents.
