My top tips on how I was able to significantly add size to my SHOULDERS!
Recipe:
Base:
400g cooked sweet potato mashed
200g chicken diced
250g cooked quinoa
sauce:
Green onion 4
Green chilli 2
Cilantro handful
Lemon grass 1
Shallot 2
Ginger 2cm
Juice of Lime 2
Fish sauce 3tbsp
Soy sauce 3tbsp
blend all sauce ingredients together
Add gradually to your sweet potato, chicken and quinoa mixture (the more you use the spicier it gets)
Combine all ingredients well then form into patties
Sear till golden brown on each side
