You don't need Elementor Pro or need no plugin or add-on. I show you 2 ways of how to create gradient button in WordPress.
First, you need to install the Elementor plugin. It's a FREE plugin. Then go to edit with elementor your page and add a button widget. Then go to the advanced tab and make a gradient background from the background option. Here you have to set the width of the button to inline.
