The beginning of spring means a deficiency of vitamins in the body, and this is the time to make up for their deficiency, and for this we use every opportunity! Warm days have awakened last year's healthy greens in the beds! Whoever is looking will always find it, if not in the garden, then definitely on supermarket shelves!
We have wild garlic leaves! They are usually collected in the spring, before flowering. What do they taste like? - Wild garlic leaves resemble green garlic and onions! This main ingredient of our “green” breakfast is rich in vitamin C. And when served as an omelette, it’s very tasty!

For a “Green” breakfast we will need:
3 eggs
salt to taste
ground black pepper
1 tablespoon of water (or milk)
a bunch of wild garlic (you can add dill, parsley, green onions)

Salad:
1 avocado
pickled red pepper (3-4 pieces)
pumpkin oil
salt
wild garlic
greenery
