If your rows spill over onto multiple pages, you can specify rows to repeat at the top of each page, so that each printed page shows the column headers.
This is so much easier than having to flick back to page 1 to determine the heading of the column that you’re looking at on page 5!
Page Layout - Print Titles will get you to the right place within Page Setup window. With your cursor in the Rows to Repeat at Top field simply select the row(s) to repeat by dragging your cursor across the relevant row numbers and click on OK.
