First, prepare your vegetables for your vegetable salad. The classic version of this salad recipe uses three main ingredients: beets, cabbage and carrots. You can add greens and onions as desired. Better use young cabbage for the "Brush" vegetable salad. It tastes sweeter and more crunchy.

1. Beets - 1 medium
2. Carrots - 1 medium
3. Cabbage - 100 - 150 grams
4. Vegetable oil - 1.5 tablespoons
5. Apple - 1 large
6. Juice of half a lemon
7. Sesame or flax seeds - 1 teaspoon

No spices, seasonings or salt.
