Without the beeps from the smoke alarm, Faith believes her family never would have survived.

Faith (10) was in her bedroom reading. Moments later she heard the smoke alarm go off and sprinted down the hallway to tell her mom. Her mom immediately called the fire department and her dad rushed them out of the house into their trailer camper. Faith remembers seeing the flames shooting out of her bedroom window.

Her plea to all parents: Make a fire escape plan.
