Dilute the dough with cold boiled water, add vegetable oil.
We heat the pan and grease it for the first time with vegetable oil, pour the dough so much that the bottom of the pan is covered with a thin layer of dough.
We bake pancake on one side of the seconds of 20-30, then turn over and bake another 10 - 15 seconds. Thus, we bake all the pancakes. It is important that you have a good pan, preferably with a thick bottom, which will allow a pan to retain high temperature.
RECIPE:
3 eggs
200 g of melted cheese
1 stip of sugar
A pinch of salt
0.5 cups of milk
1 teaspoon without the top of soda
1 tbsp. spoon of vinegar
160 grams of sifted flour (1 cup)
1 cup cold boiled
3 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil
