Tier IX's USS Buffalo is an oddity in the American heavy cruiser line. She brings four turrets instead of three - a layout not seen since Tier VI's Pensacola - but marries it to LESS stealth than Baltimore one tier down. She picks up a heal, but her reload is slower. On paper, Buffalo looks worse than Baltimore. Thankfully that doesn't match reality. Let's dive deeper and I'll explain. In this video I'll talk about how I build my Buffalo, why I fit her out that way, how I recommend playing her, and follow all of that up with a game demonstrating the ship in action.
Enjoy!
