Rabbi Simcha Hochbaum is a scholar and lecturer in Yeshivat Reishit and Machon Ma'ayan. He serves as Minister of Tourism in Hebron where he has lived for the past 26 years and is also famously known for his tours of the Old City in Jerusalem where he showcases his vast knowledge of the city and the Temple that once stood in its midst.
