1. Pink salmon - 1 piece.
2. Hard cheese - 100 grams. I took Mozzarella cheese.
3. Potatoes - 3 pieces
4. Seasoning for fish - to taste I took 1 teaspoon of basil.
5. Salt, pepper mixture - to taste
6. Cream - 100 ml
7.Snaped bow - 1 head
8.Egg - 1 piece
How to deliciously bake pink salmon in the oven:
1. Clean the fish from the scales, remove the gills and entrails. Rinse it thoroughly. Cut into pieces. Season with salt, pepper and fish seasoning (optional).
2. Cut the potatoes into circles. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything.
3. Cut the onion into half rings
4. Grease a baking dish with oil. Place the potatoes and then the onions on the bottom of the mold.
5. Prepare the sauce. Break an egg into a cup and beat it. Add 100 ml of cream to it. Stir everything well.
6. Put pieces of pink salmon on the onion. Pour the prepared creamy sauce over the fish.
7. Send the pink salmon to bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes.
8. 10 minutes before readiness, sprinkle the fish with grated cheese and send it to the oven to bake for another 10 minutes
Fish baked in the oven in a creamy sauce can be served as an independent dish. Or you can serve it with a side dish, for example with mashed potatoes or rice.
