GTA SA: Disabled Frame Limiter Glitches
Turned off the FPS limit and found problems:
glitches with the HUD (watned level stars)
the fire spreads too fast
the fire (as it seems to me) does more damage
fire extinguisher's foam animation disappeared
parachute related animations are glitchy.
