GTA: VC Revisited is a script mod whose features are:
walking mode (toggle by pressing the Sprint button)
new aiming mode (toggling)
fiery explosions and fire propagation
collision checks for explosions
improved mouse steering
3rd person RPG firing
camera-dependent drive-by
new crosshair appearance
new style for weapon and money pickups
ability to lose any wanted level
helicopter SWAT having sniper rifles with limited ammo
flipped vehicles do not explode
small changes to main.scm (a bit more time to complete RC helicopter mission and boat race, removed the immunity of NPCs to each other to allow more randomness)
compatibility with old save files and CLEO Redux
