Sausage - 200 grams (smoked)
Korean Carrots - 140 Grams
Corn - 1 Can (to taste)
Cucumber - 2-3 Pieces (or one large)
Hard cheese - 150 Grams
Mayonnaise - To taste
How to make Venice salad with sausage:
The big plus of the Venice salad is that you don't need to boil anything for it.
1. Prepare all ingredients.
2. Cut the sausage into strips and place directly into a salad bowl or deep bowl.
3. Add the sliced cheese.
4. Wash cucumbers and cut into small strips.
5.Add the Korean carrots. If you don't like spicy dishes, replace Korean carrots with regular raw ones, chopping them on a coarse grater.
6.Add corn from the jar after draining all the liquid.
7. Season salad with mayonnaise and mix well. There is no need to salt the salad and add any spices - Korean carrots and cervelat are spicy enough by themselves.
