World of Warships - Quick Cut: Tier VIII Pan-Asian Cruiser Harbin
I have been struggling with the Pan-Asian cruiser line of late. Take Tier VIII's Harbin here; the guns are perfectly good for punishing opposing destroyers, but you need your teammates help you spot them (never a guarantee). They're good at killing planes... provided there's a CV around. In order to rack up solid damage, they need opponents to blunder into their deep water torpedoes, which is hardly a given. This game on Trap has a happy ending, but is typical of the mediocre damage numbers I seem to keep getting as I grind out the line.
