In this week's POV street photography video I take Leica's cheapest new camera, the compact D-Lux 8 for a walk around Edinburgh, capturing the people and scenes that I find in the height of summer in Scotland. I show how I find my compositions, how I use the zoom to frame my images and how I use the monochrome colour profile to visualise my high contrast black and white shots.
All images were taken in JPEG and RAW, with mostly the edited raw images being shown in this video. Raw shots were converted in Adobe Lightroom with basic adjustments to exposure made.
