To use your knife in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 on a PS5 or Xbox controller, follow these steps:

Equip the Knife as a Secondary Weapon

In Create a Class, equip the knife as your secondary weapon.
Switch to the Knife In-Game

On PS5, press Triangle; on Xbox, press Y to cycle to your secondary weapon (the knife).
Attack with the Knife

Once equipped, press the R2 (PS5) or RT (Xbox) trigger to perform a melee attack with the knife.
Alternatively, if you’re holding another weapon, you can press R3 (right stick button) to perform a quick melee attack without switching, though it won’t be as fast as using the knife directly.
