Mushroom day! I wrote these recipes down in my notebook so as not to lose them.
"Mushrooms - in any form!" - we say so because we really love this unique product!
When I eat mushrooms, I understand that in front of me is an ingredient that will 100% turn ordinary ordinary dishes into a “masterpiece.” Today we have champignons!
We will prepare - (1) mushroom spread, (2) “Truffles” from champignons (with a crispy crust) and (3) mushroom gravy!
1. Mushroom spread:
- 500 grams of champignons
- 2 boiled eggs
- 2 processed cheese
- 4 cloves of garlic
- salt to taste
- mayonnaise (sour cream or yogurt without sugar)
2. Champignon truffles (with crispy crust):
- champignons 1 kilogram
For the marinade
- garlic (1 head)
- salt
- vegetable oil – 1 cup
- salt to taste
*** marinate for 2 hours (more is possible)
- egg (1 – 2 pieces)
- salt (to taste)
- breadcrumbs
3. Mushroom sauce with chicken:
- Champignon legs (left over from recipe No. 2)
- 1 onion
- Ghee (or any oil, fat)
- chicken fillet (1 pc.)
- sour cream (1 glass)
- salt
- ground black pepper
Friends, even if you have never liked mushroom dishes, try making a spread or the above-mentioned “champignon truffles” or gravy for the sake of experiment! You will be pleasantly surprised!
