SPayRemap is an app to reassign a long press of the top and bottom buttons on your Samsung Galaxy watch 4/5/6 running Wear OS. This video shows how to install SPayRemap to your watch using Wear Installer 2 on your Android phone.

Once installed, you can use SPayRemap to reassign a long press of the top button to open any other app on your watch (rather than Bixby). You can also reassign a long press of the bottom button to open any other app on your watch (rather than Samsung Pay). A common use is to reassign a long press of the bottom button to Google Wallet (previously Google Pay).
