Using repeat accelerations in a progressive manner, while coaching good acceleration and sprint mechanics is the solution. If you know how to coach the sprints, while also being patient and calm, you can effect great outcomes with hamstring injuries. It also works with many other lower body injuries if you follow a similar approach. All you need is a good eye, a progressive approach and a few cones.
