This is the music that plays during certain moments in the blue dragonflight questline added in patch 10.1, Embers of Neltharion. Mainly, it plays when you drink with Kalecgos in Dawn's Blossom and also after you say goodbye to Senegos.

You can also hear this theme pretty prominently during the beginning and end of the "Senegos's Farewell" cutscene.

I really like what Jake did with this theme. He basically took the main theme for Dragonflight and made it a lot more calm and slightly magical to fit the blue dragons. It's neat!
