A famous movie star Paul Rudd is not only a talented actor but also a producer and screenwriter. He debuted on a big screen in 1992 in TV series called Sisters. Three years later, he featured in a comedy Clueless that brought him recognition.
Rudd got international fame thanks to TV series Friends, where he played Mike Hannigan. After it, the actor was piled up with offers and so he appeared in such hit films as Ant-Man, Avengers, Knocked Up and so many others. He is a nominee for many awards as well as a sought-after movie performer.
Even though Paul is very successful professionally, he always says that his family is his biggest priority. That’s why let’s have a look at these same people who play a vital role in the celebrity’s life.
Paul’s father Michael was of a Jewish descent, who worked as a vice president of Trans World Airlines. Due to this fact the family had to move on a regular basis. Michael died in 2008 from cancer, at the age of 66.
The mother’s name is Gloria and she is also of a Jewish origin. She worked as a sales manager and had been married to her one and only spouse until his death.
A famous actor has only one sibling, a younger sister Mandi. She is an owner of a Brand Energy marketing company and is more than successful. As for her personal life, she is married to Bill Arnold and together they raise a son.
Coming closer to the celebrity’s personal life, he has been happily married to a producer and writer Julie Yarger since 2003. The two love birds met each other back in 1995 and very soon the chemistry started building between the two. The couple parented two children. It would be also interesting to know that neither Paul nor Julie has social media account, since they prefer to keep their lives private.
In 2006 they welcomed their first born, a son Jack. The actor spends a lot of time with a kid, going to NBA games and other entertaining events. Despite a young age, Jack is an owner of a pub that was built by his granddad.
A daughter Darby became a beautiful addition to the family in 2010. A little princess is fond of painting. Both kids accompanied their famed dad when he got a star at the Hollywood Walk of Fame. In one of the interviews, Rudd stated that fatherhood made him a sensitive person and that he can’t imagine life without his family. Perhaps, that’s the reason why he often takes kid on film sets.
