John Denver was not performing with his regular TCB-based band at this concert. He was backed up by some local musicians instead, and sang with the Aspen Children's Choir. This concert features the only known live version of "The Christmas Wish" by John, which was performed by the Muppets in the album version. John also made a funny mistake by confusing the guitar intro to "A Baby Just Like You" with "Christmas for Cowboys."
