This video is about one way to feel more like YOU again! I have have used for many years, and it has made a big difference to my life. I am a landscape photographer and teacher, this video is at the heart of my personal practice. You can achieve this state of mind whilst walking in countryside or in cities. You don't need a special place or holiday destination use what is available to you. It is essentially mindfully walking whilst walking we meander, get lost, walk with determination, run, experiencing pain or positive emotions, we experience the seasons, the weather, the change in temperature.
