ARLECCHINO GOT NERF,UPDATE ARLECCHINO BUFFS AND NERFS ON HER KIT

"Recently, the 4.6 beta version 3 was released, bringing some changes to Arlecchino’s kit. Today, we have new updates on Arlecchino’s signature weapon buff, nerfs on her normal and charged attacks, and nerfs on her constellation. These changes are coming on Monday.

Now, let’s start with her signature weapon buff.
We got leaks from Foul that Arlecchino’s signature weapon’s previous nerf on Bond of Life has been reverted to its original form, from 18% Bond of Life to 25% Bond of Life.
Her normal and charged attack multipliers have been nerfed.
Arlecchino’s Masque of the Red Death Infusion activation bond of life% has been reverted from 20% to 30%.
Arlecchino’s bond of life consumption has increased again, which can be considered a nerf.
Previously, Arlecchino’s Normal Attacks would deal extra DMG to opponents on hit that scales off her ATK multiplied by a certain ratio of her current Bond of Life percentage. This was consuming 6.5% of said current Bond of Life. Now, it has increased to 7.5% of current Bond of Life.
She has also received a buff on her Blood-Debt Directive Max stack recovery of bond of life. Previously, the maximum value of the Bond of Life that Arlecchino could be granted through Blood-Debt Directives within 35s after using her Elemental Skill was 80% of her Max HP. Now, it has been buffed to 130% of her max HP.
Lastly, her C1 All Reprisals and Arrears Are Mine to Bear has been nerfed. When Masque of the Red Death is further enhanced, the value of the increase was previously 120%. Now, it has changed to 100%.
This time, she has received more nerfs than buffs. But remember, this information is likely to be incomplete. So, as I mentioned at the beginning, we need to wait for Monday to confirm the changes to Arlecchino’s nerfs and buffs.
