The first part of the Pilgrimage of the House of Troubles.

Quest is started first by obtaining the key to Archcanon Tholer Saryoni's quarters from Endryn Llethan‎ in Vivec as a Diviner, then by talking to the Archcanon about duties.

You are required to go to Sheogorad and find the Statue of Malacath west of Dagon Fel and donate 4 Daedra hearts to it. This video contains a possible source of Daedra hearts if you want them quickly.
