-The game was very prone to crashing in either DX12 or Vulkan however it was significantly worse with the Vulkan api during this run. It crash either immediately after entering the game or after a couple of minutes.
-Despite the crash DX12 seemed more stable but with slightly lower fps. Vulkan had better frame rates but crashed at a much higher rate.
-Latest Intel graphic driver was used.
-The games stability with the HD 620 will likely change from patch to patch and driver to driver. I highly doubt that any real attempt to improve the games performance on Intel graphics is being done by either Rockstar or Intel.
-Use the Vulkan api if its stable otherwise use whatever crashes less.
-So much for me trying to do some "Cowboy Shit!"
