Robbie Williams is one of the most successful pop-performers in the musical history. His professional career as a singer started at 16 when he joined a boy band called Take That. Almost immediately the group became extremely popular with millions of fans all across the globe. However, worldwide fame and recognition did dirt to Williams, as he got addicted to drugs and alcohol and by the end of 1990s the band broke up. Having learnt a tough lesson, Robbie decided to start solo career and that’s exactly what he did in 1996 with a label Chrysalis Records. At the very beginning of a solo career, all his songs and projects were opened to a question. Things started progressing after the hit Angles that got a platinum status twice and the album was sold with over 3 million copies. Ever since that time, a famous singer successfully releases albums, takes the first places in different charts, wins musical awards, tours across the globe, etc. Apart from that, he can also boast of a wonderful personal life with a loving wife and three kids.
Robbie’s father Peter was an owner of a bar for a long time. Nonetheless, he always dreamt of a career in the entertainment industry and even left the family for that. As a result, he became an estranged dad but a quite known singer. At some point, a son reconciled with dad and they even performed together. When Peter was 69 he got married for the second time to a woman who was 25 years younger. This union didn’t last long, since she ran away with Peter’s friend.
The mother Theresa is very close with a famous son. It is also known that Williams supported her both emotionally and financially when she needed a heart surgery. Unfortunately, it is not known whether she remarried again or not.
Robbie has an older sister Sally, who was responsible for his fan club in 1990s. Then in 2000 she tied the knot, became a mother and is now more focused on her own family.
The singer himself has been married to an actress Ayda Field since 2010. Of course, before that he had quite a few girlfriends but all of them disappeared when in 2006, he met Field. They became parents to three children and live happily ever since the wedding.
The couple’s first child, Theodora was born in 2012. Even though she just a little girl now, she is already famous on social media. Additionally to that, Williams is ever grateful to her, since she literally saved his life. According to the singer, when she was just born, he suffered from alcohol addiction and couldn’t fight this bad habit. Yet, a little cute daughter made him realize how beautiful life is.
A son Charlton was delivered in 2014 and his birth was live-tweeting by Robbie, so that everyone could see it.
In 2018, Colette became a beautiful addition to the family, making both parents even happier. After Charlton was born, they had difficulties with conceiving and used surrogate service to make Colette see this wonderful world.
