“A data recovery advisor will work with you to learn more about your situation and provide the best solution based on your data recovery needs. We offer two shipping options to get your drive to our facility: you can ship it to us yourself and follow the guidelines we have listed on our website under “Shipping Guidelines”, or use our Red Box program and packaging is provided and shipped to you for only 35 dollars. This charge is later credited toward your recovery cost. Once we receive your hard drive, all of the included items are labeled and inventoried by one of our data recovery engineers. A customer file is opened and all of the detailed information about the drive is entered into our database including: the drive manufacturer, storage capacity, model number, serial number, and potential reasons for drive failure. Next, we’ll contact you and let you know that the drive was received and that it’s ready for evaluation.”
