Patrick Dempsey is a versatile American actor, who plays brilliantly both on stage of a theatre as well as on a set of any movie or TV series.
He was born in 1966 and since early age liked acting before the public. That’s why at the age of 10, he got passionate about circus arts and learned to juggle as well as play off tricks.
However, it wasn’t enough for him and a future star decided to try his skills in acting and it worked! He first debuted on a big screen in 1985 in a film called The Stuff. In total, Dempsey can boast of acting in over fifty TV projects, the most well-known of which include: Grey’s Anatomy, Enchanted, Can’t Buy Me Love and dozens of others.

The father William used to work as an insurance salesman. The relationship between dad and a stellar son were always close. William passed away in 1986, aged 72.
The mother Amanda worked in a bank. In addition to that, she was fond of renovating old houses and gardening. In 1997 she was diagnosed with ovarian cancer and had been fighting with it for the next 17 years until her death in 2017, at the age of 79.
The actor also has a stepfather Howard, who worked for the Air Force. Before his marriage to Amanda in 1994, he was with a woman named Marie O’Mara and parented eight kids with her.
Dempsey has two sisters. Alicia was delivered in 1958 and she is a teacher by profession. She resides in Florida and is happily married.
The second sister is named Mary and she was welcomed in 1959. She works as a Laughter Yoga instructor and is a director of Marshwood Healthcare center. Unfortunately, nothing is known about her personal life.
Speaking of the celebrity’s relationship status, he was first married to Rochelle Parker, who was his acting coach and a manager. They started dating in 1984 and had a 26 years age gap. Despite this, they tied the knot in 1987 and had been together till 1994. Parker died in 2014, aged 74 after a battle with lung and throat cancer.
Since 1999 and up till present moment, Dempsey has been married to a hairstylist and makeup artist Jullian Fink. They first met in a hair salon but the chemistry sparked between the two only three years later. In a marriage they became parents to three wonderful children. In 2015 the two love birds separated but quickly reconciled.
The couple’s firstborn is a daughter Talula, who drew her first breath in 2002. She is a student now. Her favorite hobby is cooking and visiting various premiers alongside her famous dad.
In 2007 Talula and Patrick welcomed fraternal twins Darby and Sullivan. Darby loves the ocean, fishing and playing soccer. From time to time he can be seen with a family in public.
Sullivan loves acting a lot and wants to be a movie star like his father. Together with a brother, he already debuted in a hair product advertisement.
