Incredible: Romanians ECHR clerks INTENTIONALLY REJECT complaints, demanding NON-Existing evidence.
Mr President of ECHR Cuido Raimondi and Mrs Siofra O'Leary please bring the true with this abusive grefe/Clerk/registrar from European Court for Human Rights! Help people and romanians that is also a country in European Union!
Incredible: Romanians ECHR Grefe/Clerk/registrar INTENTIONALLY REJECT complains/applications demanding NON-Existing evidence. Into this case the Clerk/Grefier ,,S. Mangrau'' from European Court for Human Rights said into the file 8555/180/2022 that i did not send the written decision/motivation/conclusion of the romanian judges and to laugh at me he did send the written decision, that i send to the ECHR into my complain/application, back to me! Short deacription of the case:
Police said they caught with 107 km/h, i have 99 on the dash board and the real GPS speed is 95km/h. They took my driver licence (over 100km/h) and fine me, instead only to fine me that i diserved, but not taking my driver licence.
1. First chourt, fisrt judge ADMITED my complain, and i won the trial!!!
2. Police made Appel in ,,Tribunalul Bacau", i sued before, a relative of the Judge from Appeal that judged the case and admited the Appeal to the police:
A. The judge admited a document that i was driving a VOLVO BC11KOV. In the oficial radar police images i drive a black AUDI A8. I never drove a Volvo.
B. The judge did not taken into the acount that in one second i was having 53, 103, 99, 54 km/h wich is not possible and the radar images are orieteted to the opused way catching other drivers. The radar device was unloose from the police car and had powerful oscilations!!!
3. I made and Extraordinary Way of attack and stragely colegues of the same judge from Tribunalul Bacau, judged this case denying me, not taking into the account the evidence and turning their back to their colegue from Bacaus Chorts (Judecatoria Bacau).
4. Romanian State did not implememnt the -10km/h margin of error like other European Union countries! Echr should take this into the account and admited from start my application but the clerk S. Mangrau is taken sides with corupt judges.
Atention: I did not ask momey from the Romanian State only to bring and make truth!
This is the fault of the Romanian clerks ,,S. Mangrau'' that the documents are not arriving to the EUROPEAN ECHR JUDGES or if the documents are arriving alternated or corrupted! This is not the first time the Romanian clerks do this to me. Now i have writen proof!
Youtube and Google please promote this for the Freedom of Speech, for IMPARTIALITY, for having a fair trial and restoring my life and my honor. I have lost my family, i have lost a big part of my businesses and my health so you can help me restoring my life.
