The seventh tape from the horror series about the evil killer doll will be a continuation of the "Curse of Chucky" and again tells about the girl Nicky, who was in the hospital for mentally ill criminals. For four years, psychiatrists were able to convince Nicky that it was she who killed her whole family, and not Chucky. One day, the girl's attending physician presents her with a new therapeutic "remedy" - a smiling child's doll named "A Good Boy". After this, a series of horrific deaths is carried by the hospital, so Niki begins to doubt her madness. To help her comes Andy Barclay - the enemy of Chucky from the original "Children's Game". However, first the heroes will have to face Tiffany, the bride of Chucky, who will literally do anything to save her devilish lover.
