Blynk timer does not name a type, this type of error can be easily fixed by using the SimpleTimer library. For this go to playground.Arduino.cc/code/simpletimer, the link is given in the description. Scroll down and search for the usage. Before you update the original program first of all make sure that you download the simpletimer library from github…simply copy and paste this in your program. ….Now replace the blynktimer with simpletimer. Now compile the program and we are done. I will be using the same technique in my upcoming tutorial, In which I will be sending the sensor data from nodemcu to the blynk application.
