Lemon squares | bars / Sand base and lemon custard
Hello! Today we will prepare lemon squares. This is a very tasty cake on a thin shortcrust pastry, with a light and fragrant, lemon custard.

Form 22 * 22 cm.
Ingredients:
for the sand base:
butter 130 gr.
*sugar 70 gr.
flour 140 gr.
*salt 1/4 tsp
For filling:
*eggs 4 pcs. (Cat.C1)
sugar 300 gr.
lemon juice 150 ml.
*zest of 1 lemon
flour (or corn starch) 40 gr.
