What do I mean by consistency?
When I say be consistent in posting on Instagram, many users translate this consistency equal to daily. I never mean that even though this is the 701st day of me posting daily on Instagram.
I actually mean to maintain a schedule. I am talking about uniformity or regularity.
Here two things come into the picture frequency and time.
Every niche cannot have a potential for daily content or everyone is not having enough resources for daily content and that is ok. But, if you are posting twice a week or thrice a week just maintain that. This is frequency.
The second part is time. If you are posting at 10 AM or 6 PM, try to maintain that schedule.
There are two schools of thought about time. Where one believes post at the optimal time looking at your insights and seconds believes time doesn’t matter.
Both are right. But, if you are not an established brand or creator follow the best time strategy.
Just ensure don’t take stress to maintain your content schedule.
If you miss content on one day, you will not lose anything but if it affects your health you will lose a lot.
So enjoy the content creation and distribution process while being consistent.
