Extra-terrestrial Neo, Phil, his sister Lana and Tesla (hamster) set off to a new era and country to look into a new idea or check a historical fact, and each time they get into an adventure. In order to extricate themselves from a tricky situation they must invent something new, using their scientific knowledge, powers of observation, and resourcefulness. The Innovators cope with unexpected difficulties by themselves and even manage to help out those who are in trouble or a sticky situation. Naturally, they also help each other.
