Today we go over how to use DateComponentsFormatter (aka NSDateComponentsFormatter) to format our timer to show the time properly for all countries. Whenever you’re working with dates and times in your app, its very important to use the right tools or else you may be displaying your dates in an incorrect format. DateComponentsFormatter makes it easy to show off our timer in the correct format in all the places that support the iPhone.
