Steps To Follow :
1. Select Zoom Tool To Zoom The Image Then Select Polygonal Lasso Tool To Select The Area
2. After Selecting The Area From Edit Menu Copy Then Paste
3. Select Background Layer Fill With White From Edit Menu Then Fill
4. Select The Upper Layer And Positioned It
5. Select Blur Tool Then Adjust The Border Area
6. Make A Copy Of The Upper Layer By Draggin It To Create New Layer
7. Select Second Layer Select Magic Want Tool Select The Subject The Inverse Select From Select Menu
8. From Edit Menu Fill With 50% Grey Then Free Transform From Edit Menu

9. From Edit Menu Transform Then Skew
10. Again Free Transform From Edit Menu
11. Then Select Gradient Tool Then Give Gradient Then From Filter Menu Blur Then Gaussian Blur With 3.0
12. From Select Menu Deselect Then The Select Rectangular Marquee Tool And Select Some Area
13. Give Gaussian Blur With 3 or 4 Radius
14. Select Blur Tool To Adjust The Shadow Border Then Reduce Opacity
15. From Layer Flatten Image Then Save As JPEG Format
