Every time we fly, this happens 👉 we get all kids of looks. Most people are actually super friendly & want to be helpful when we fly with our kids! Other times I feel like people see the twins getting on the airplane and think “oh no!” 😅 Can you relate??

But then they realize everything is fine because my kids are great at flying!

Here’s why ➡️ we have flown a LOT - all 3 of our kids have been worldwide frequent fliers since they were newborns 🥰

Here are some tips we’ve picked up along the way that have made our life a tad easier👇

1. Book direct flights to reduce the number of takeoffs & landings, making the journey smoother for little ones

2. Board early to settle in, or if your kids are active, wait a little bit (& make sure they use the bathroom first!)

3. Bring new toys or mess-free coloring books (our fave!) to keep kids entertained

4. Pack plenty of snacks to prevent hanger and keep them curious

5. Plan your airport transportation—decide whether to check or gate-check car seats & strollers, + consider using a stroller, bag rider, or carrier. Bring bags for stroller & car seat

6. For takeoff & landing, bring bottles, sippy cups, or pacifiers to help with ear pressure, & time feedings accordingly. (Breastfeeding works too)

7. Finally, stay calm & positive—kids pick up on our emotions, so staying relaxed & upbeat keeps everyone in a good mood.
