Policy and Health Equity
The "Policy and Health Equity" panel was part of the 2024 Alumni Summit. Emme Deland, MPH ’81, moderates a conversation that explores the definition of health with a focus on the 80% of health that is not care, but other factors, such as the social determinants of health. Deland frames the conversation with a clear goal: to explore ways to "break those barriers and address those determinants of health to finally achieve health equity."
