HYPER REALISTIC Drawings? Using 3 Colored Pencils?
How many colored pencils, you may need to purchase if you wish to become a Photorealistic or a Hyper realistic artist, Can you use just 3 colored pencils to create a realistic drawing?
Using just the 3 primary colors to create a realistic portrait drawing, will require a lot of time, effort and research into color theory,
The Art Supplies I use:
⚫ Faber Castell Polychromos - 120 set (my main pencils, use over 96% of the time, can change depending on the drawing),
⚫ Caran Luminance - 76 set (I use these 3% to 6% of the time in each of my portrait drawings, mainly in the light skin tones sections)
⚫ Prisma Colored Pencils - (I use these 3% to 8% of the time in each of my portrait drawings, mainly in the light skin tones sections)
Paper I use:
⚫ Stonehenge paper 250gsm 100% cotton (when i remove the paper I always turn it over, and use the back end),
