Formatting Graphical Objects in Microsoft Excel | Graphical Objects of Excel

Select the graphical object that you want to format.

The "Shape Fill" button allows you to change the color or pattern of the object's fill, while the "Shape Outline" button allows you to change the color, thickness, or style of the object's outline. The "Shape Effects" button provides additional effects such as shadows, reflections, and 3D effects.
If you want to adjust the size or position of the graphical object, you can use the sizing handles around the edges of the object or drag it to a new location.
If you want to align the object with other objects on the worksheet, you can use the alignment options under the "Arrange" group on the Format tab.
Finally, if you want to save your formatting as a preset to use in the future, you can click on the "More" button in the Shape Styles group and select "Save as New Style." This will allow you to apply the formatting to other objects with just one click.
