Upload an image to a page or post using the Meta Box Image field. Then create a shortcode to insert the image in the post or page content and set the image size, alt text, title, add a link to the image and set to open the link in the same or new tab in the shortcode.

You can now display the uploaded image anywhere in the post or page content.
