After spanking the nasty boy Ondres Nerano who wrote a naughty fanfiction about our Archmaster, Athyn Sarethi asks us to go to Shurinbaal (near Gnaar Mok) and grant the mercy of death to the smugglers within.

Don't bother looking for the smuggler's contact in Ald'Ruhn, you can't do anything with that part of the quest.
