If you have one contrast color, go to Colors in the Enhancement tab. In the list, find the hue you want to replace and select a new one by dragging its slider to the left or right . Switch to the Saturation and Luminance tabs to change the intensity and brightness of the new color.

If your photo has several similar colors and shades, switch to the Retouch tab. Choose Adjustment Brush and set its size, feather, and opacity. After that, paint over the object and use the Hue slider to change the color. Tweak its clarity, saturation, temp and tint to reach the desired result.
