It is time to take on the #Washoku challenge for Japanese DJ @nighttempo as he attempts to recreate a Japanese scallop dish by Chef Morihiro. When he’s in the U.S. from Japan, he is always comforted by Tokyo Central Market because they always have everything he needs. It feels just like home! From the snacks, to the Japanese Bento boxes, to Karaage chicken, the Japanese food selection is amazing. In attempts to make the beautiful scallop dish, he pulls up the video of Chef Morihiro for tutorial! He may not have the chef name, but @nighttempo might have to change his profession after this #Washokuchallenge, because his dish came out EXCELLENT! It’s your turn!
