I always use the "leftovers" from the greens to make a paste. They are great for: dressing salads, adding a spoonful to pasta or potatoes, coming as an additive in a sauce or as a basic sauce, you can just spread them on bread and already delicious))
Friends, you can use any and all kinds of greens to make pasta - the principle is the same.
I had:
PRIVATE GREEK WEIGHT - 300g
parsley
spring onions
sorrel
dill
arugula
1 tsp. salt - season to taste
1 tsp. honey
juice of half a lemon, taste guide
ground black pepper
5-6-7 cloves of garlic - as many as you like
100 ml. vegetable oil
100 ml. olive oil
If desired, you can add walnuts.
Store in the refrigerator.
