How To Record And Separate (Gaming) Audio Tracks Using FREE SOFTWARE
In this video Big C shows you how to record audio to separate tracks and combine them together using Free software - Nvidia Shadowplay and Hit Film Express. The days of recording your voice with the background sounds of your game together are long gone.
First step is to load up the Nvidia GeForce Experience / Shadow Play. Next, click on the gear icon and go down to audio. Click on Separate tracks.
Now record yourself playing a video game using shadowplay (alt F9). Drop the gameplay footage into the media folder. Create a duplicate copy of the footage using duplicate. Drop one track on video 1 / audio 1 and the second track on video 2 audio 2. Now go to properties and for the first track select audio 1 - system sounds. For the second track select audio 2 - Microphone. Remove one of the videos from the timeline and then click on export!
