Today I am going to resolve an error you face while trying to install
nuget packges

Could not install package 'System.Configuration.ConfigurationManager 6.0.0'. You are trying to install this package into a project that targets
'.NETFramework,Version=v4.5', but the package does not contain any assembly references or content files that are compatible with that framework. For more
information, contact the package author

I got this error on the above mentioned packge. Lets have a look on the error:

So the solution is to check which framework is suppported by this package.

Dell is the username of system
you can choose accordingly

These are the all version of package avaialbe.

This package needs to the app to be on framework version 4.6.1

Package installed successfully.
SO you can now check for your nuget package accordingly and enjoy.
